Wine importer and distributor Globus is seeking sales reps for its office in Beijing. The job entails working with existing customers and seeking new ones, promoting the portfolio to top hotels and Western restaurants, bars and clubs, organizing events such as wine tastings and dinners as well as training sessions for customers, and participating in trade events, which may involve some evening and weekend work.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of direct wine sales experience in Beijing, a network of food and beverage contacts, good communication, organizational and presentation skills, excellent English-language skills (with French and Mandarin beneficial) and knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and CRM systems.
