Strange new worlds: What if the theme of Star Trek had been wine?

“To explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no man has gone before.”

That is from the opening credits of the original series of Star Trek. But what if this TV show had been themed on wine, with teachers, writers, critics — the vintelligentsia — flying about to help “educate” the universe? Some possibilities, with more to come.
